I recently took to doing cardio workouts for an hour and since then I noticed a glow in my face! I'm not kidding...so today I searched on the net and found out that when we workout,we release toxins in the form of sweat and thus the glow.Some more tips to keep this glow is drinking 4-5 cups of green tea daily or 6 glasses of water,eating fruits etc.I have not been able to drink much water as it seems like work to me!
Coming back to cardio workout,there are many elder ladies who have so much stamina and apparently they have been doing this for the past 10 years religiously..can you believe that?The worst are ab exercises..I really struggle to do those 15 min of ab exercises and it pains a lot which makes me take a break in the middle of it.
I'm signing off with a prayer that I become size zero within a month!!
